What does the delegation package include?

- 4 nights’ accommodation at the iconic Labadi Beach Hotel
- Airport transfers on arrival and departure (within official windows)

- All meals during the official programme (excluding personal extras)

What is not included in the cost?
The delegation package does not include international flights to and from Accra.
Delegates are responsible for:
- Booking their own flights
- Personal expenses (e.g. minibar, shopping, optional activities outside the programme)

Are airport transfers included?
Yes. Airport transfers are included as part of the delegation package.
- Delegates will be met on arrival at Kotoka International Airport
- Transfers to and from the hotel will be coordinated
- Transport for all official delegation activities is included
Arrival instructions and local contact details will be shared in advance.
Do I need health or travel insurance?
Yes. All delegates must have comprehensive health and travel insurance for the duration of the trip.
For safeguarding and duty-of-care purposes, delegates will be required to share proof of insurance details in advance.
Are any vaccinations required?
Yes. A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required for entry into Ghana for most international travellers.
Delegates are advised to:
- Check official travel health guidance for their country of residence
- Ensure recommended vaccinations are up to date
- Carry vaccination documentation when travelling

What about visas?
Most international visitors require a visa to enter Ghana.
Once your place is confirmed, we will provide:

Places are intentionally limited to ensure meaningful access, high-quality engagement, and discretion.
What should I wear?
- Business or smart business attire for meetings and the conference
- Formal or cultural attire for the gala (African attire welcome)
- Light, comfortable clothing for daytime activities
Accra is warm year-round; breathable fabrics are recommended.
Can dietary requirements or accessibility needs be accommodated?
Yes. Dietary requirements and accessibility needs can be accommodated where notified in advance.
You will be asked to share preferences during registration.
What are the payment terms?
To secure your place:
- A 50% deposit is required at the point of booking
- The remaining balance is payable by August 31st 2026
Group bookings can be paid via invoice.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to advance commitments for accommodation, transport, and meetings:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellations after a specified cut-off date may not be eligible for a partial refund
- Substitutions may be permitted subject to notice and approval
