Yes. Airport transfers are included as part of the delegation package.

  • Delegates will be met on arrival at Kotoka International Airport
  • Transfers to and from the hotel will be coordinated
  • Transport for all official delegation activities is included

Yes. All delegates must have comprehensive health and travel insurance for the duration of the trip.

For safeguarding and duty-of-care purposes, delegates will be required to share proof of insurance details in advance.

Yes. A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required for entry into Ghana for most international travellers.

You will be asked to share preferences during registration.

To secure your place:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the point of booking
  • The remaining balance is payable by August 31st 2026

Group bookings can be paid via invoice.

Due to advance commitments for accommodation, transport, and meetings:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations after a specified cut-off date may not be eligible for a partial refund
  • Substitutions may be permitted subject to notice and approval
